The new offices are being coined as Agent Smartspaces. “They are efficient and have everything an agent needs to conduct their business at the highest level and compromise nothing,” explained Jonathan Lickstein, the Director of Sales and Marketing for the firm. “Jonathan has been very hands on with his management approach and when it comes to understanding what our agents need to be successful his finger is directly on the pulse,” said Nathan Klutznick, and “Jonathan has played a key part in helping me develop the services our agents and clients demand.” When asked for an example Nathan pointed towards the proprietary online office website for their agents and their IDX interactive website system for their clients. “Our agents have all the tools and resources needed at the tips of their fingers and our clients get the same resources they should expect from any of the larger brand name real estate corporations.” “Now that we’re in Miami,” which has the largest Realtor Association in the U.S., “there is nothing to slow us down,” said Jonathan.
