Plymouth, Michigan (PRWEB) April 21, 2014

Pi Innovo LLC. announced today that it has opened an office in the Michigan China Center in Shanghai, China. The center provides a Chinese office presence for Pi Innovo with experienced, in-country export services staff. This state-of-the-art business center is strategically located in the center of Shanghai in the JW Marriott Building in Tomorrow Square.

With Technical Centers in Plymouth MI, USA and Cambridge UK, Pi Innovo brings experience from North American and European markets to help Chinese customers meet local market needs. Initially Pi Innovo plans to provide technical support out of its North American or UK based Technical Centers, complemented by local Chinese technical partners.

Pi Innovo’s OpenECU Technology is a wide range of adaptable, field-ready products and intellectual property designed to support customer’s ECU needs from “Rapid Prototype to Production”. The philosophy behind OpenECU is the creation of modular, reusable technology that is implemented to volume production standards and is fully “open” to custom configuration, adaption and further development. OpenECU has been used in support of programs using gasoline, diesel, alternative fuels, hybrid electric, battery electric and fuel cell powertrains. The versatile platform has also been used for chassis control, transmission control, LNG / LPG fuel tank control, and aftertreatment control applications.
