New Off-Campus Student Housing Development Announces Studious Outdoor Amenity in Savannah
Savannah, GA (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- The Hue, a loft-style, off-campus student housing community that is under development for its fall 2014 opening recently announced its most recent student-focused amenity. In addition to the luxurious amenities previously announced, a rooftop deck fit for outdoor studying will also be added to the property.
In addition to the designed-for-students rooftop deck seating area, The Hue will feature a resort-style 25,000 gallon lounge pool, exterior decks on each apartment, entertaining and semi-private gathering space, a well-appointed fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights, 24-hour clubhouse, business center and a resident gallery space.
The Hue is located just steps away from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and will feature 446 bed spaces for students. Construction on the property began in August 2013 and will wrap up in plenty of time for residents to move in before the semester begins in September 2014.
Residents of The Hue will enjoy its prime location, across the street from SCAD’s Alexander Hall, convenient access to the Bee Line and nearby river waterfront, trolley, community gardens, bookstore, museum and more.
The Hue will offer residents a variety of modern floor plan options, including one-bedroom studios, two-, three and four-bedroom suites and three-bedroom townhouses with river waterfront views available. In addition to the property amenities, residents will enjoy private bathrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, GE Silver Series appliances and washers and dryers in each apartment. Cable and high-speed WiFi will be complimentary, as well as included water and electricity with a cap.
The 213,500-square-foot student housing community is owned by Stonemont Financial Group out of Atlanta and is being developed by University Housing Services, Inc., out of St. Petersburg, Fla.
