Ticket Down is a reliable source of cheap Luke Bryan tickets in Birmingham, AL at the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. Luke Bryan is one of the most popular country artists in the business today. The native of Leesburg, Georgia is part of the most anticipated tours in country music every summer and this summer is more of the same. He is taking Lee Brice and Cole Swindell on the road all summer long on the “That’s My Kind of Summer Tour,” including stops at many of the most popular concert venues in the country and especially his show on 7/24/14 at the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Pelham, Alabama (suburban Birmingham).
The Oak Mountain Amphitheatre is the largest outdoor venue in the state of Alabama and unlike most outdoor concert venues in the United States, does not have general admission seats. Instead, the venue features three tiers of reserved seating that allow fans to purchase their seats and not be forced to worry about getting to the venue early to get the best seats possible. The venue is the backdrop to the live CD/DVD release from John Mayer, Any Given Thursday.
The popular country artist is one of the most awarded artists in all of music today. In 2010, he won his first Academy of Country Music award for “Top New Solo Vocalist,” and “Top New Artist.” From there, he has won countless other awards including “Video of the Year” in 2012 for “I Don’t Want This Night to End.” Coming into the 2012 American Country Awards, Bryan was nominated for nine awards and at the end of the night, had walked to the stage nine times to get his awards. Among the honors he received that night included “Artist of the Year,” “Male Artist of the Year,” “Album of the Year” for Tailgates and Tanlines, and “Single of the Year,” for “I Don’t Want This Night to End.”
Since releasing his first solo album in 2010, Brice has turned out quite a career in his own right. Love Like Crazy was that album and the self-titled debut single off the album was certified platinum in the United States by the Recording Industry Association of America for selling more than a million copies. In 2012, he released Hard 2 Love, which has been certified gold by the RIAA. It earned that honor in large part because of the platinum singles, “A Woman Like You,” and “Hard to Love,” and gold certified singles, “I Drive Your Truck,” and “Parking Lot Party.” In the case of “I Drive Your Truck,” that song earned Brice the “Song of the Year” award at the ACM awards earlier this month.
The first artist fans at the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre will get to see on stage this summer will be Cole Swindell. Swindell had a great 2013, as his debut single, “Chillin’ It,” was considered by many to be the song of the year and helped Swindell become a star in the music business. He spent some time last summer touring with Bryan and Florida Georgia Line as a replacement for Thompson Square, but will get a chance to spend all summer with Bryan and Brice.
