Downtown Denver Hotel Announces New Director of Catering
Denver,CO (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- Mark Stiebeling, general manager, announces the appointment of Kimberley Hribar as Director of Catering/Convention Services of the Denver CO hotel Grand Hyatt Denver.
Hribar brings to her new position an extensive background in catering, meeting and event planning. For the last for three years, she was the Assistant Director of Catering at the 1,100 room Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. Prior to that, she was in catering at both Grand Hyatt New York and Hyatt Regency Jersey City. Hribar began her career with Hyatt in 2003 as an administrative assistant at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick.
In her new position at Grand Hyatt Denver, Hribar oversees the catering and convention services of over 52,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space including five large ballrooms as well as the renowned Pinnacle Club by Grand Hyatt. From the Pinnacle Club's lofty perch on the 38th floor of the adjoining office tower, the entire Rocky Mountain front range is clearly visible. Additionally, the hotel provides Personal Preference menus that allow guests a choice of entrees, a fully dedicated Kosher kitchen under the supervision of a Mashgiah, off-premise catering and more, among its long list of specialized services.

A native of New Jersey, Hribar attended the University of Richmond in Virginia where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Economics. Kim is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys cycling, running and hiking with her Labrador, Mia.
