(HSSD v. Syngenta, 2004-L-000710, Illinois Circuit Court) Michael currently represents several public and private clients in multi-billion-dollar RMBS litigation across the country.
- Tamara Spicer has over a decade of experience in complex civil litigation in the areas of commercial contracts, business torts, securities, intellectual property, and antitrust. In 2012 Tami was part of a trial team that won a $1 billion patent infringement judgment that at the time was the largest in Missouri history. (Monsanto v.
