Austin, Texas (PRWEB) April 22, 2014
Taylor Morrison has announced the start of its models for four collections at Leander’s newest master-planned community, Travisso.
Taylor Morrison will offer four distinct series of homes at the 2,100-acre Travisso, which the Austin homebuilder is developing in conjunction with Toll Brothers. Each collection will have its own highly appointed model home for Austin homebuyers to preview. The four models are expected to be completed in May.
“We’re excited to watch Travisso begin to take shape,” said Michael Lindeman, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison. “All four collections offer something special for homebuyers.”
Taylor Morrison’s homes at Travisso will range in size from approximately 1,450 to 4,076 square feet and feature a variety of lot sizes as well as one- and two-story floor plans.
The Florian, a three-bedroom, two-bath home with more than 1,900 square feet of living space will showcase Taylor Morrison’s Capri Collection at Travisso. With a gourmet kitchen, large family room and additional flex space, the Florian is perfect for entertaining.
The approximately 3,401-square-foot Hampton highlights the Siena Collection at Travisso. With four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two stories of living space available, the Hampton fits the needs of Austin homebuyers looking for more square footage and a floor plan that offers a first-floor master suite and plenty of room upstairs. The model will feature a covered balcony overlooking the beautiful Travisso Hill Country.
The Nottingham, part of the Naples Collection, offers even more living space, with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths included in an expansive 3,982-square-foot layout. A study, dining room and a large family room with corner fireplace complement a first-floor master suite. Upstairs, a game room, media room and three more bedrooms await homebuyers.
With more than 4,000 square feet available for Austin homebuyers to call their own, the Sorrento will be the largest of the four models at Travisso. A part of the Florence Collection, the two-story home includes four 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a formal dining room, study, media room, large great room and even a sweeping staircase sure to impress visitors.
Situated in Texas Hill Country west of Austin and just north of Lake Travis, Travisso home buyers will find plenty of shopping and entertainment near the community, with Lakeline Mall, Round Rock Premium Outlets and 1890 Ranch Shopping Center all nearby. The 6,800-seat Cedar Park Event Center is a short drive from Travisso, as is 18 holes of golf at the acclaimed Crystal Falls Golf Club.
In addition, Cedar Park Regional Medical Center is less than 10 miles from Travisso, with three additional major hospitals within 20 miles of the community.
Employment centers are also close to Travisso, with the largest private employer in Austin, Dell, just minutes away and downtown Austin a convenient trip via Capitol Metro’s new commuter rail station in Leander, which connects the community to downtown Austin. Local operations for Apple and Google are also within close proximity.
