Intermedix Announces Newest Addition to the WebEOC Family
Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (PRWEB) April 23, 2014 -- Intermedix Corporation is proud to announce its new product offering, WebEOC Core.
WebEOC Core is the newest addition to the WebEOC platform, which is currently used for emergency management and daily operations by hundreds of agencies in the United States and around the world.
Featuring pre-configured board sets, WebEOC Core provides the most essential capabilities of WebEOC in a hosted solution.
“We recognized an opportunity to extend the benefits of WebEOC to local government agencies across the country,” said Intermedix President and CEO Doug Shamon. “Our new offering includes boards built by our experts and selected specifically to meet the needs of municipalities at an accessible price point.”
WebEOC Core is entering the market with two different board sets. The Emergency Management Module focuses on incident command tools to build a common operating picture. The Municipal Management Module supports special events management, fire and building inspections and many other local government responsibilities that are often managed through fragmented, paper-based processes. This hosted solution enables a municipality to manage critical services in a simple and cost effective manner.
Intermedix plans to expand WebEOC Core with new board sets to increase functionality across multiple industries. A Hospital Management Module is scheduled to be released later in the year.
