Schools to Benefit from a Percentage of Parents’ Purchases
Party Island Entertainment LLC has launched a pilot program to 50 selected Queens elementary schools that will provide a 12% discount to the parents of the students in each school as well as 3% to each school for all parents’ party supply purchases made through May 31, 2014.
The pilot program was designed to give money back to the borough’s schools while providing the parents of each school’s students a discount for all of their party supply needs through http://www.privateislandparty.com.
“Depending on the degree of participation by the parents, the program could be extended to other New York City elementary and other schools in the future,” noted Private Island Entertainment LLC CEO Jonathan Glatt.
Glatt added that he has high hopes for the program. He is known for giving back to the community. Most recently, Private Island Entertainment was involved in an Easter party for the children of several Astoria, N.Y.-based charities; for providing Mardi Gras products to the students of a school in New Orleans, and for his donation to a recent B’Nai Zion event in New York City.
