Allen Interactions kicks off the conference on Friday, May 2nd, facilitating two sold-out ASTD preconference certificate programs on e-learning design. The two-day ASTD e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate Program helps participants develop individualized, meaningful and memorable e-learning experiences that motivate learners to change their behavior. The ASTD Advanced e-Learning Instructional Design Certificate helps participants design effective learning experiences by blending in proven behavior-change principles.

Allen Interactions will also facilitate the ASTD Leaving ADDIE for SAM Mega Workshop, where participants learn the basics of an agile development process, the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) and measure their organization’s readiness to adopt this process for learning solutions delivered through various modalities (e-learning to classroom).
