Energetic, calorie-torching workouts from DailyBurn are now available on Fitness On Demand at Park Cities gym, SWEAT.
Fitness On Demand is a unique take on the traditional group fitness class, designed to cater to clients with busy schedules. Guided workouts are available via an online video format in the Fitness On Demand studio at SWEAT, and gym members are able to select the classes they want at the time that is most convenient for them.
Fitness professionals created the DailyBurn workout series and classes are led by one of DailyBurn’s elite team of instructors. Each DailyBurn class is an upbeat, engaging and motivating workout designed to produce fast results.
“DailyBurn is a high-intensity workout program designed with a lot of variety, so no two classes are the same,” says Highland Park Personal Trainer and SWEAT co-owner, Katie Corkill. “The classes teach many trending workouts, including kettlebells, functional activity workouts and HIIT (high intensity interval training).”
DailyBurn offers a variety of fitness classes, including some 30-minute workouts. Classes available include: Bikini Butt, Strength - Pull, KIT (Kickboxing Interval Training), DailyBurn Total Body, Animal Core, Tabata Transformation, Metabolic Maximizer, Strength - Push, Cardio Sports Drills, and Kickin’ It with Keaira. Every month, new classes are added to the Fitness On Demand system, keeping a constant flow of a variety of fitness options available for clients.
