Crafter Software Announces New Deal with a Major European Bank

The European bank struggled with several problems with their legacy Web content management system (CMS). As a result, they sought to acquire a new Web CMS solution that would allow them to enhance their brand image to clients, and to utilize an effective combination of personalized experiences, engaging video and social media to build deeper customer loyalty.
