In fact, it’s the biggest campaign in the spring and the summer for our team.”

Woven into the campaign plans are opportunities for team members to take on more responsibility as part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to foster an atmosphere conducive to professional development. Rachel anticipates that as the campaign grows, there will be openings for at least four team members to step into managerial roles in addition to those already filled by Natalie and Thomas.
