Champions School of Real Estate Appoints Kimberly Dydalewicz as First New President since Company’s Inception in 1983
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 24, 2014 -- Champions School of Real Estate has announced the appointment of Kimberly Dydalewicz to the position of President, effective April 2014. Dydalewicz, 37, is the company’s first President since the company’s inception in 1983 and she will report to owner and founder Rita Santamaria, who remains active as CEO of Champions School of Real Estate.
In this role, Dydalewicz, 37, will be responsible for all operational and business aspects of Champions School of Real Estate’s eight campuses throughout Texas in addition to enhancing the capabilities of over 100 full-time and contract employees and instructors.
In a note to the Champions School of Real Estate staff, Santamaria stated that, “Kim will celebrate 16 years with Champions School of Real Estate in August of this year. Kim has been involved in so many facets of our campus growths from build-out to grand openings, hiring, training, marketing, and ongoing business development; it is my pleasure to promote her with the corresponding well-deserved title of President.”
Dydalewicz most recently served as Vice President where she directed all statewide marketing initiatives, led the supervision and execution of new campus build outs, launched the school’s Professional Development division and worked together with Santamaria to create a professional environment that has been most recently recognized by Texas Monthly as #28 of the Top 100 Best Places to Work for in Texas.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Dydalewicz began her career with Champions School of Real Estate as a career counselor in 1999 and rapidly demonstrated her leadership capabilities by supervising multiple Champions School of Real Estate campuses and managing the development and launch of the school’s online educational division.
Dydalewicz is an active member of the real estate community, having held numerous leadership roles with multiple Women’s Council of Realtors chapters and with her continued active support of the National Association of Professional Women, Asian American Real Estate Association (AAREA,) the Board of Realtors, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and the Plano, Frisco and Dallas Chambers of Commerce amongst many others.
Kimberly currently resides with her husband Kevin and their sons, Kaden and Knox Dydalewicz, in Frisco, TX.
