Guests can download the ConciergeToGo phone app at the App Store or Google Play. They then enter a hotel code, ring the bell, and a concierge pops out with a personal, customizable welcome that can provide holiday greetings or special welcomes to groups and conventions. Or guests can scan in a QR code or tap an NFC sticker to get the app. A mobile web version serves guests that don’t have smart phones. Hotel staffs hope to place iPads with their concierge in their lobbies to replace the large, bulky kiosk screens. ConciergeToGo’s platform is built to link with any other hotel programs – automatic booking, keyless phone entry, and more.
