The Manchester-based Asian restaurant, Nawaab, is undergoing a rebranding to distinguish itself from other eateries which are using their name and intellectual property. Nawaab’s management has noticed that other restaurants are using their brand name and claiming to be a part of a chain in order to benefit from Nawaab’s fantastic reputation.
Due to the brand’s dedication to providing the pinnacle of eating experiences, Nawaab have decided to change their name to Royal Nawaab to reflect this. The restaurant will continue to operate with the same high level or professionalism and passion for fantastic food under the new branding and will continue to aspire to implement improvements throughout the operation.
The only sites that will operate under the Royal Nawaab brand will be the restaurant in Levenshulme, Manchester which has been delighting diners for over ten years and the upcoming London site, opening this Spring in Perivale. All other sites using the Nawaab branding have no association with the restaurant and the management.
The management team decided to act after receiving notification that a recently opened restaurant was falsely claiming affiliation with the Nawaab in Manchester. Maintaining the highest standards is a top priority of the Nawaab team and they believe that the substandard practices of other restaurants using the branding could damage their reputation.
The branding change will come into effect from 1st June 2014 and will apply to both the Manchester and London restaurants. Royal Nawaab will continue to adhere to the high standards set by the Manchester site since it opened over a decade ago and looks forward to keeping even more customers happy.
Royal Nawaab in Perivale, London is due to open in early June this year in the famous Hoover Building and will include both an a la carte restaurant and banqueting suites.
