Tampa,FL (PRWEB) April 25, 2014

MagneGas Corporation, ("MagneGas" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: MNGA), a technology company that counts among its inventions a patented process that converts liquid waste into a hydrogen-based fuel, announced today that it filed a provisional patent protecting new methods of applying MagneGas® to waste incineration through a primary heating process and secondary burning method. In some instances, MagneGas® will be mixed with oil or natural gas to achieve the proper burn characteristics. The Company believes that using MagneGas® will increase efficiency through a more complete combustion of waste materials being incinerated which could also result in reduced emissions.

“As announced earlier this week, the Company has embarked on an aggressive campaign to protect its Intellectual Property. The Company has studied several potential advanced uses of MagneGas to reduce emissions and increase heat in various industrial processes. This provisional patent is one of those applications,” stated Ermanno Santilli, CEO of MagneGas.

The MagneGas IR App is now available for free in Apple’s App Store for the iPhone or iPad and at Google Play for Android mobile devices.
