Grand Image, Inc. announces a new organizational structure that is designed to give their clients a more tailored style level of service. As of January 1st, 2014 Grand Image, Inc. transitioned from a central customer service based system to an account management structure in order to better assist with client needs on a one-on-one basis.

“This new structure supports our ability to achieve greater product and service efficiency to loyal clients, and gives us an opportunity to develop new business partnerships,” states Tamir Luria, Business Development Director.

Grand Image clients now have a single point of contact who will concentrate on proactive problem solving and relationship building. This reorganization helps Grand Image to achieve the ultimate goal, true customer satisfaction.

The grand format printing company is also known for its extensive list of services that includes large format roll-to-roll graphics for billboards, trade show hardware, transit graphics, banners, posters, and fabric graphics. Grand Image, Inc. works with resellers of large format digital products.  The company is based in Hudson, Massachusetts.
