Faber Crest is a great example of how anyone like a small business owner can make an app themselves today.

Infinite Monkeys, has announced today that Faber Crest is the company’s “App Of The Week” for April 13th-19th.

Each week Infinite Monkeys selects one app from the thousands published with their free app maker platform. This app was chosen because it is a great example of the quality, beauty and usefulness that mobile apps can bring to a traditional business.

With more than 1 Billion smartphones now active in the world, and 84% of those users accessing the Internet via their smartphone everyday, the base of potential mobile stakeholders for Faber Crest is massive and growing by the day. It was this potential that motivated Infinite Monkeys to create an easy drag-and-drop app builder platform that allows anyone to create an app without having to hire a mobile agency for thousands of dollars, or learn how to do coding.

Faber Crest and thousands of other small businesses, blogs, sports teams and community groups selected the Infinite Monkeys app maker platform to create and launch their mobile app for Android, iPhone and over 5,000 different models of HTML5 compatible smartphones.

In a recent interview about building the Faber Crest app, Cheryl Sim, developer of the app, told Infinite Monkeys the following about her experience entering the app economy:

Infinite Monkeys: Why did you decide to go mobile?
Cheryl Sim: When I first moved into this wonderful condominium community, there was quite a lot of information I wish I had on my smartphone such as shuttle schedules and events. Faber Crest already had a website but it didn’t have all the latest information. So as a newcomer, I thought it would be useful to have the community’s info on a smartphone.

Infinite Monkeys: How did you find Infinite Monkeys?
Cheryl Sim: I found quite a few review videos on Youtube. I also saw a few examples of community apps on the Infinite Monkey market.

Infinite Monkeys: What impact do you think it would have on your community with this mobile app you’ve built?
Cheryl Sim: I think that this app would be really great for new comers to this community to get familiarized with info such as the shuttle schedules, booking systems etc. It would also be useful for existing residence as they can easily access the latest events they have such as the Christmas party for kids, Chinese Lantern festival, flea market, etc.

To create your own mobile app, and have a chance at being named App Of The Week, go to and get started today.
