The Spring of 2014 continues to bloom for country sweetheart Eileen Carey. This season she has introduced California Country Music to radio and reality television, and continues to reveal her live performance dates which are quickly filling up the summer entertainment schedules at multiple LA and OC venues.

The Multi-Award Winning Southern California singer-songwriter will star on an episode of the nationally broadcast reality show, “Take Me to Your Mother,” which is scheduled to air the week of May 5, 2014. This on-screen appearance will be a first for Carey since her early roles in films such as Hoffa, Basic Instinct, the original Batman film, and Ray Charles’ national Diet Pepsi commercial, and confirms that her music career is blossoming into even greener pastures.

Eileen has spent her career cultivating a loyal fan base and captivating audiences with her powerful stories and unforgettable performances. Her current single, the title track of the CD “Let It Go,” has steadily made its climb onto the Country Music Charts. Since its release eight weeks ago, it has charted on the Music Row Country Chart, the New Music Weekly Top 20 Indie Radio Country Chart, and has secured a spot in the top 50 on the NMW Country Music Radio Chart.

On May 18th at 5:00 p.m., Carey will be performing live with her band, led by renowned guitarist and Musical Director for Rita Coolidge, “Groover” John McDuffie. The concert is a free/all age show that will be held at the highly regarded Grand Ole’ Echo, in Echo Park, Los Angeles. This popular venue has previously hosted acts such as Dwight Yokum, Lucinda Williams and Peter Case.
