New Ellman Family Vineyards Label e2 Rosé Spring Release
Fort Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) April 29, 2014 -- Ellman Family Vineyards (EFV) has released an exclusive production of Rosé called “e2.” What makes the e2 label different is that EFV is using it as an opportunity to develop and bottle small batches of different and sometimes new and experimental wines.
Our first release under the e2 label is from the famous rolling vineyards hills Saint Marks Vineyard in the Russian River area of Sonoma County. It is an exclusive 50 case production of Rosé.
“We think you’ll agree that the wine is fantastic and crafted to the same high standards as all of our other releases over the years, “ said Lance Ellman, co-founder of Ellman Family Vineyards.
EFV’s winemaker sums up in tasting notes just how unique e2 really is: This copper-hued wine presents sunny, almost glowing, aromatics that positively jump out of the glass; in the mouth, concentrated, linear fruit creates a palate simultaneously refreshing, bold and delicious. An aroma of fresh cut watermelon, crenshaw melon, gooseberry and fennel seed. The palate is long and linear, focused flavors of juicy pineapple, lively acidity.
