Worldwide Business Research (WBR), the producers of INTERLOG, conducted a benchmark survey of more than 150 aftermarket service parts executives during last year’s conference. The results were recently published in "The State of Aftermarket Supply Chain Report." When asked what software applications are under consideration but not yet in use at their companies, 33 percent of participants selected inventory optimization – more than any category – and 20 percent selected planning software.
“Our business results corroborate the findings in INTERLOG’s benchmarking study,” said Greg Baxter, founder and President of Baxter Planning Systems. “We have increased our staff by nearly 40 percent in the past twelve months to meet increased demand for our software and planning services.”
