Observation Baltimore has been named the Top Rated Focus Group Facility in the Baltimore area by Impulse Survey. In addition, this marks the ninth year in a row that Observation Baltimore has been named Among the World’s Best by the publication.

The Impulse Survey of Focus Group Facilities is a comprehensive survey of hundreds of focus group facilities around the globe. This annual publication uses direct feedback from over 5,000 moderators and researchers as a benchmark to determine the best facilities. Each facility is rated on recruiting, personnel, facility, location, food service, and value. These scores are then weighted to provide an overall score for which Observation Baltimore received the highest rating in the Baltimore area.

“We are both humbled and honored to receive this type of recognition,” said Observation Baltimore’s General/Marketing Manager, Mira Davis-Kelly. “We work hard to provide the best research experience for our clients, so it’s very rewarding when that effort pays off. This is certainly not something we take lightly.” Barbara Gassaway, the President of The Research Group for which Observation Baltimore is the field service division, expressed similar sentiments. “We have a stellar team so I’m very happy that their efforts have been recognized by the clients.”

Observation Baltimore looks forward to extending their streak next year to a full decade of top ratings by continuing to provide the best research experience possible.
