American Metal Roofs Completes Roof Installation on Historic Flint Church
Flint, Michigan (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- American Metal Roofs of Flint Michigan is completing a roofing restoration project on one of Flint’s most historic churches. First Presbyterian Church of Flint was originally organized as a Congregational church in 1837 with the current building erected in 1929 to meet the expanding needs of the growing congregation. The church and grounds occupy a full city block at Saginaw and 4th streets in downtown Flint.
As part of this important restoration project, the expert installation team from American Metal Roofs are replacing the failing asphalt roof with a permanent metal roofing product that will not only look beautiful, but will protect this historic landmark from the harsh Michigan weather for decades. This installation comes shortly after the completion of the historic St. Paul Episcopal roof project in downtown Lansing.
