Steven Kostant, who was most recently SVP and Partner at Fleishman Hillard, now serves as r2i’s EVP Strategic Integration, a senior position which bridges the gap between strategy, implementation, client services and internal team building. Steven has over 15 years in creative strategy, integrated marketing, branding, digital and broadcast media and will be a key player in r2i’s strategy, creative and pitch teams.
Joel Layton joined r2i from previous positions as SVP with wireless eCommerce provider Simplexity and VP eCommerce and Digital Marketing for Medifast. Joel has extensive experience in all things digital ranging from user experience to mobile launches to search, social, display, email and all things in between. He also has experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products, a focus line of business for r2i. His passion for teamwork and knowledge of marketing technology will enable the teams to be even more strategic in recommendations and executions for r2i clients like Hershey’s, Allegis, Loyola University Maryland and Presidio.
