In Piedmont, Seamus Mullen will join travelers in exploring the scenic, vine-covered ridgelines, famous Barolo, Barbera, and Barbaresco wines, and the rich cuisine of Italy’s gourmet capital. From selecting fresh ingredients at the local markets of Acqui Terme to preparing a meal alongside the chef during an exclusive cooking class, this tour will provide travelers with unforgettable foodie moments, as well as the chance to work off the calories with bike rides through the countryside.
