"Growing Greatness" Everest Academy’s Annual Benefit Event Expects Record Attendance
(PRWEB) April 29, 2014 -- On May 2nd, 2014, Everest Academy will host an elegant evening Benefit at the inspirational Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL. The fund raiser directly benefits Everest; however all are welcome to enjoy a beautiful evening featuring live and silent auctions using touch pad bidding; a three piece musical accompaniment at the reception and dinner savory dinner selections are enjoyed, followed by amazing evening entertainment with dancing to music by The City Lights Orchestra, a twelve piece, four vocalist big band.
The Benefit is an excellent venue to take in the beauty and ambiance of the Morton Arboretum, as well as to spend the night in support of Everest Academy. The theme is “Growing Greatness,” reflecting the Everest mission: to educate well-rounded Christian leaders, mature youth of character and integrity; authentic leaders who live according to the Gospel values; leaders with a heart of service and a genuine love and concern for others; leaders who will transform society-building the kingdom of Christ in the world. “Growing Greatness”…assisting youth to strive for excellence in all areas of their lives; to grow in greatness morally and spiritually, to live each day with greater purpose and conviction; to grow in greatness by developing all their God given talents.
Everest is privileged at this Benefit evening, to present, thank and honor, with the “Semper Altius” Award, great leaders in our midst, who are building the Kingdom of Christ in the world. As an outstanding Catholic Religious: His Eminence Francis Cardinal George, OMI and as an outstanding Catholic layperson: Mr. Jerry Rich of Rich Harvest Farms. These leaders have enriched our lives with their heroic charity, humility, and generous works; their demonstration of dedication and devotion to their faith, to the community and society.
