Attorney Weyher, the founding attorney at Weyher Fulkerson, practices both criminal defense and regional litigation in the state of Utah. Prior to launching his own law firm, he spent years working as a global litigation attorney for another firm. He has handled cases in many different parts of the U.S. in various types of court settings—administrative, state and federal. Throughout his career, Mr. Weyher has consistently dedicated his time to pro bono work. Attorney Fulkerson, who is a graduate of the Western Trial Advocacy Institute, has been practicing criminal defense since the start of her law career.
