Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today it earned a fourth consecutive and tenth overall National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence - Category II. Known as the A List Award and considered one of the most prestigious awards in the commercial real estate industry, the honor recognizes Crescent for Best in Industry customer service based on direct customer satisfaction surveys.

Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC earned A List Best in Industry recognition every year the company participated in a survey of its customers. Crescent won six consecutive Awards for Excellence from 2001 through 2006, and garnered top honors again in 2010 through 2013.

Established in 1997 by CEL & Associates, Inc., the A List Award recognizes companies whose management performance and commitment adhere to highest levels of quality service. CEL, the largest independent surveyor of customer opinions in the real estate industry, independently surveys more than 2,500,000 commercial office building customers to establish national benchmarks for customer service performance. Customers provide feedback on their satisfaction with building features, appearance and condition, as well as staff performance in building operations, maintenance and leasing.
