Continuing to build on a successful 2014, Algorithm is making changes to their lineup in the Columbus Network and IT Managed Services Team. The latest changes will provide additional expertise and value to IT managed service customers while maintaining the high level of customer service that has been the hallmark of Algorithm Network Services.
Jeremy Williams is joining Algorithm as Network Service Manager for the Central Ohio region. Jeremy comes from a large managed service provider and has a wealth of experience managing complex networks for both large and small organizations. As an expert in the IT field, he holds his degree in Computer Networking Systems. He has expertise in multiple areas including networks, servers and IT project management. Jeremy also holds several key vendor certifications from Microsoft, CompTia and VMWare to name just a few.
“Jeremy brings just the right balance of skill and enthusiasm to fit into our culture and deliver the customer experience we expect from our professionals and we’re happy to add him to our growing network and managed services business,” said Mike Oswalt, Algorithm President.
Algorithm also announced the promotion of their network services manager, John Jones to the position of IT Services Director. As director, John will be responsible for all IT and Network services. This includes Algorithm Network Services, Algorithm Hosted Services, as well as Algorithm IT Managed Services.
“The expansion of our IT Services staff enables us to allow John to do what he does best; focus at a high level on meeting the ever expanding needs of our customers in areas of hosting, IT and managed services. John is one of those individuals that sets Algorithm apart in the marketplace and we’re thrilled to see him continue to grow this segment of our business and deliver excellence to our customers," explains Oswalt.
These changes will allow for better management of Algorithm's hosted and managed service customers while providing value to all customers by helping them improve the way they run their business.
