V800, the new high-end triathlon watch for Polar, adds around the clock activity tracking for more accurate recovery assessment according to the Heart Rate Watch Company.

"Thanks to Bluetooth Smart, Polar V800 is compatible with iPhone 4S or later version and also on Samsung Galaxy S3, Samsung Galaxy Note II, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and LG Nexus 5 using Android 4.3 or later," says Squire.
Long Battery Life and Durable Construction
Polar V800 can last for up to 14 hours of training at one second recording making it useable for full Ironman competition. "The watch also uses gorilla glass to make it extra durable and scratch-free," says Squire.
"V800 starts tracking your sleep time automatically when you lie down and your body movements slow," says Squire. He adds, "It also tracks your body movements as you sleep."
"The watch is water resistant to 30 meters, has button lock, altimeter, barometer, vibration and audible alerts, touch screen changes, custom interval training, transition timing and much more," says Squire. He adds, "This is the most exciting new GPS watch for 2014."
Availability and Price
"Polar V800 in black will be available mid-May with the Blue version to follow in early June," says Squire. He adds, "Price is from $449 to $499 both with and without the Polar H7 Bluetooth chest strap."
