Voting Opens For AccuQuilt’s Quilt Block Design Contest

On May 1, 2014 AccuQuilt will open the polls and voting will begin on the Quilt Block Design Contest. Quilters have been hard at work, submitting their most creative and unique quilt blocks for the competition in hopes of taking home the grand prize.

It’s not just the quilters that get all the spoils, from May 1 through May 27 anyone and everyone is invited to vote on their favorite design to qualify for an array of fabulous prizes valued at $9,000. Be sure to vote every day as a prize with a value of up to $700 will be awarded every single day. “Like” AccuQuilt on Facebook, and watch for a daily video announcement of the prize as well as the name of the previous day’s winner.

A wealth of treasures will be awarded to voters from companies like AccuQuilt, Craftsy, Arrow, Electric Quilt Company, Fabri-Quilt Inc., Island Batik, American Patchwork & Quilting, ArtBin, Fairfield Batting, Superior Threads, International Quilt Study Center & Museum, June Tailor, Northcott, Red Rooster Fabrics, Sew Steady, The Quilt Show, and The Warm Company.

The winner of the Quilt Block Design Contest will be chosen by popular vote, but AccuQuilt wants to recognize their Top Influencer as well. The person who shares the contest the most will win a fabulous trip to Eleanor Burns’ Quilt in a Day Retreat at Camp Cedar Glen in the Laguna Mountains outside of beautiful San Diego, California.

Vote for your favorite block every day from May 1 to May 27 to qualify for daily prizes, and share the contest on Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Google+, and email to become the Top Influencer. Showing your support for quilting has never been more rewarding.
