Chicago Style SEO, a Chicago-based digital marketing firm, has agreed to terms in the acquisition of Nimble Candle, a competing Chicago digital marketing firm that specializes in pay-per-click (PPC) management and data analytics.
Originally founded in 2009 primarily as an SEO company, Chicago Style SEO has expanded its service offerings over the years to include website development, PPC, and content marketing. With an established client base in the Chicagoland area, and an increasing number of non-local accounts, they provide small to large businesses a variety of internet marketing solutions, and with this acquisition, their paid search department will double in size.

Nimble Candle’s expertise in multiple layers of paid search, including e-commerce, product listing ads, and comparison shopping engines will add a new dimension to Chicago Style SEO’s suite of services.
