Inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards Will Showcase Leading Customer Experience Strategies

Loyalty360 – The Loyalty Marketer’s Association has launched the call for entries for the inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards. The awards will showcase the customer experience strategies that are using innovative, cutting-edge, and creative approaches to deliver outstanding experiences to customers and develop emotional bonds with them.

“We saw tremendous success with our Loyalty Awards earlier this year, and the market is telling us there is a demand to recognize customer experience strategies in a similar way,” explains Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360. “Customer experience has been a buzzed-about topic in recent years, so the timing is right to deliver an objective assessment that helps the market understand the strategies that are most effective and what success looks like in terms of both execution and outcomes.”

The Loyalty360 CX Awards will rank CX strategies based on an evaluation of five disciplines that impact customer experiences. A panel of industry experts will be called upon to evaluate and score each entry, with a focus on innovation and evidence of results. The winner of the 360-Degree CX Award will have the highest total score for the five categories. The five disciplines that programs will be evaluated on are: Customer Insights, Customer-centric Culture, Omni-channel/Multi-channel, Brand Messaging & Communications and Technology & Trends. Winners will also be named for each of the five disciplines.

“We plan to ramp up involvement from the finalists and winners of the CX Awards at the Engagement & Experience Expo this November,” Johnson says. “For brands that are seeing success who want to tell their story and build prestige for their programs, the awards and Expo are a wonderful way to connect with other CX professionals and marketers.”

Any company with a strong customer experience strategy is encouraged to enter. Nominations will be accepted from all industries and companies of all sizes operating in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The call for entries closes on June 30, 2014. A ceremony to announce and honor winners will take place during Engagement & Experience Expo 2014 in Dallas, TX.
