Compensation Resources, Inc. Announces Open Participation in its 2014 - 2015 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey
Upper Saddle River, NJ (PRWEB) May 01, 2014 -- Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that participation will open May 19, 2014 for the 2014 - 2015 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey. The purpose of this study is to obtain compensation data to be used for trending and planning purposes at companies of all sizes, locations, and industries.
This survey will report merit increases and salary structure movement for 2014 and projected 2015 across the following job groups:
• Executive
• Management
• Exempt
• Non-Exempt
• Hourly/Production)
Other topics include current conditions (layoffs, hiring freezes, etc.), short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages. We are inviting all organizations to take part in this survey. Participation will end June 20, 2014.
The information you provide will be held in the strictest confidentiality. All the data will be pooled; hence, individual responses cannot be traced back to any company in particular. CRI will share the results of this survey to all participating employers, free of charge. Non-participants may purchase the survey for $120.
