SBS Group, a leading technology consulting firm integrating business management solutions, announces its acquisition of CriticalEdge Group, a Connecticut-based Microsoft Dynamics GP practice. SBS Group is a Microsoft Dynamics Master VAR with over 28 years of successful experience in providing business management solutions. SBS Group provides opportunities to Microsoft Dynamics partners & customers nationwide though the SBS Group Partner Network.

This acquisition expands SBS Group’s reach further into the Northeast Region and strengthens its capabilities around Microsoft Dynamics GP, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) business solution. CriticalEdge clients will be served by SBS Group’s Connecticut office located in Hamden, CT. The entire CriticalEdge Group team joins the Connecticut Office and will continue to service existing and prospective clients.
