Brookfield, Wisconsin (PRWEB) April 30, 2014 -- Inlanta Mortgage, Inc. is pleased to announce a new branch office in East Wareham, Massachusetts. The East Wareham location is managed by veteran loan originator and manager Dan Sheehan.
Sheehan is a twenty year veteran of the mortgage loan industry. He specializes in a variety of programs including first-time homebuyers, jumbo loans, renovation programs and reverse mortgages. Dan previously served as branch manager for Diamond Funding. He is excited about joining Inlanta Mortgage. Sheehan says, “Inlanta’s systems and technology, combined with old-fashion common sense, will help me to deliver an exceptional mortgage lending experience for my customers.”
Sheehan is CMPS and CMP certified. He helps clients to successfully manage home equity to increase liquidity, safety, rate of return and tax deductions.
Sheehan’s long time processor, Taryn LaPrade also joins him at the new office. LaPrade is a veteran mortgage processor with a ten year background working in various roles in the mortgage business.
