New Jersey attorney, Michael Maggiano, will be moderating and speaking at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education's seminar titled "Medicine for Lawyers - Presenting Traumatic Brain Injury Cases", presented in cooperation with NJSBA Medical Malpractice Committee.

The seminar is scheduled for 9am to 1pm on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, New Jersey.

The traumatic brain injury case raises many complex and specialized issues. The seminar will cover topics to begin to provide an understanding of the diagnosis and causation of this type of injury, as well as the prognosis and extent of disability involved. The seminar will allow attendees to join in lively discussion of the medicine, testing, and issues of proof involved in the traumatic brain injury case.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
