GTG has integrated Zendesk’s leading cloud-based customer software to manage and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. The advantages to the new customer support team and group ticket system include an immediate acknowledgement response rate to all submitted tickets.

Tickets include system issues, system enhancements and wish list items, training, and any other general requests that call for further assistance. Support agents are working 24 hours a day to quickly highlight conversations that require immediate attention. The team then works to ensure the issue is resolved fast and accurately.

An important feature of the customer service system, that GTG is excited to announce, is the new self-service help area. This area has a searchable knowledge base that allows customers to view instructional and educational videos. Customers are able to access different support solutions with estimated completion times on the new systematic platform.
