“We believe the new website, including additional resources and better support options, is another way we can better serve ABI's clients nationwide.” David Benge, President of ABI.
Redlands, CA (PRWEB) May 13, 2014
ABI® Document Support Services, a nationwide provider of record retrieval services and technology, is proud to announce the launch of its redesigned website, which can be found at the same domain, http://www.abidss.com. The company’s new website is a modern evolution of the former design, and was developed by 40Digits, a web development company headquartered in Springfield, Missouri.
The primary goal of the site is to provide current and prospective ABI clients with valuable records retrieval and summarization resources. These resources include relevant articles, videos, and whitepapers. Additional resources will be added monthly. ABI will also introduce an electronic newsletter to distribute the educational content.
“Our sincere passion at ABI is to provide record retrieval services and technology that are unmatched by our competition,” said David Benge, President of ABI. “We believe the new website, including additional resources and better support options, is another way we can better serve ABI’s clients nationwide.”
In addition to the new educational resources, the ABI site will put a stronger focus on developing the practical skills of the current users of ABI’s services and technology offerings. The site will offer brief instructional videos, and additional avenues to request support, such as a frequently asked questions page, and the option to request personal training on ABI’s record summarization tool, eSummary by ABI™.
