Black, chairman of Greenberg Traurig’s West Coast Entertainment and Media Practice, is listed in the ‘Corporate Lawyers’ category. He is noted for representing Microsoft Xbox Entertainment Studios, a new company that's been developing content for the Xbox platform and other media. Black has extensive experience in the television, motion picture and digital media arenas, having practiced law both in the major studio and law firm settings. Rosenbloum has wide-ranging experience negotiating complex content agreements with record companies, music publishing companies, music publishing rights organizations, motion picture studios, television networks and various independent contact providers and aggregators.
Rosengart, a shareholder in the Litigation Practice at Greenberg Traurig, is listed in the ‘Litigators’ category. He is noted for his representation of the former talent managers of Julianna Margulies in a breach of contract lawsuit and for obtaining a significant victory for director Kenneth Lonergan in a suit with a producer of the 2011 film Margaret, as well as for his representation of Sean Penn.
