Tokyo, Japan (PRWEB) May 02, 2014 -- Want to learn how to play the guitar but don’t have time or money to pay for a private lesson?
XING INC., a subsidiary of Brother Industries, Ltd. and a major karaoke system platform provider in Japan, along with Faith, Inc., announced today that it has released the multi-functional guitar lessons application “Guitar Lessons & TAB Viewer” for iPhone or iPad.
The new app is designed to effectively teach beginner to intermediate guitar players the basics of music and guitar playing to enable a person to learn how to play the guitar in the comfort of their own home on their own schedule. In the age of smart phones, Guitar Lessons & TAB Viewer provides excellent guidance by allowing the user to browse and manage tablature, learn music theory, and practice basic guitar playing skills. The complete app also includes a high-end tuner and a metronome.
The app includes features found in more expensive and high-end professional software. For only 0.99 USD, Guitar Lessons & TAB Viewer offers professional functions and lessons.
Unique features of Guitar Lessons & TAB Viewer’s include: the viewer tab, guitar lesson, tuner & metronome, and user interface.
The Viewer Tab enables the player to efficiently practice the guitar through functions such as: MIDI regeneration, looping, key change, and tempo change. Tablature data is accessible from the application through the browser and is compatible with the Guitar Pro file format (gp3, gp4, gp5).
*Arobas Music has the all rights of Guitar Pro file format.
The Guitar Lesson teaches music theory as a foundation and provides lessons on how to play the guitar for beginner to intermediate players. Fingering exercises are also shown in videos.
In the Tuner & Metronome section, the chromatic tuner, typically more expensive in other commercial products, works with both guitar and bass, and includes open tuning functionality. The metronome, in addition to standard functions, rhythm tap features automatic tempo detection.
Upon selecting bass or guitar (in the User Interface section), the display for each function is fully customizable.
