Mallard Law Firm to Sponsor 2014 Special Olympics Florida

As a sponsor, the Mallard Law Firm is helping to give people with disabilities in Sarasota an opportunity to compete against other athletes throughout Florida in the State Summer Games on May 16-17, 2014, in Orlando (1).
The Special Olympics Florida helps to shatter stereotypes about people living with disabilities (2). There is nothing like sports and games to bring communities throughout Florida together and encourage people without intellectual disabilities to create a culture of acceptance and inclusion (2). About 3,100 athletes, coaches, and family members will arrive in Orlando for the two-day event, where athletes who have trained in tennis, volleyball, soccer, cycling, bocce, and track and field will compete (2).
