The 11th Annual MIT Sloan CIO Symposium has named Cambridge Semantics as one of 10 finalists for the 2014 Innovation Showcase for its Anzo software suite which offers cutting-edge Smart Data solutions that provides both strong value and innovation to enterprise IT. Cambridge Semantics will receive key exposure to many of the world’s most creative and influential IT executives at the Symposium on May 21, 2014.

“We’re honored to be named a finalist for this prestigious award and look forward to participating in the 2014 Innovation Showcase Symposium with our peers and colleagues,” said Lee Feigenbaum, vice president, marketing and technology at Cambridge Semantics.

The Anzo software suite takes advantage of Semantic Web technologies to help organizations find actionable data that enhances market competitiveness and strategic planning while accelerating time-to-revenue.

“We are thrilled to have received such a high number of qualified Innovation Showcase submissions,” said David L. Verrill, executive director of the MIT Center for Digital Business and co-chair of the Innovation Showcase. “Each of the 10 finalists we have chosen represents innovative technologies that have the potential to positively impact growth and help CIOs move their digital enterprises forward successfully.”

After careful consideration, the Innovation Showcase Judges evaluated and selected Cambridge Semantics for this honor based on showing innovation and/or strategic value with potential impact on the top and/or bottom lines.
