OCC Wins Gold for the Best Annual Report at the FCS Portfolio Awards
Chicago, Ill (PRWEB) May 02, 2014 -- OCC announced today that its 2012 annual report won top honors taking the Gold for the best annual report at the 2014 FCS Portfolio Awards presented by the Financial Communications Society in New York City on May 1, 2014.
The 2012 annual report, “The Foundation for Secure Markets,” outlines the ways in which OCC provided firm footing, stability and integrity for the derivatives markets by managing unseen risk with the strongest safeguards in the business—a central counterparty role and three-tiered system of backups.
“What a tremendous honor for OCC’s annual report to be recognized by the Financial Communications Society for the second year in a row,” said Craig Donohue, Chairman of OCC. “The award is a source of great pride for the company as it acknowledges the annual report, which represents the dedication and talent of our employees who contribute to OCC’s success in clearing and risk management.”
The report was written and edited by OCC's Corporate Communications department; designed by O'Connor Design in Glen Ellyn, IL; and printed by Lake County Press in Waukegan, IL.
