Ketamine is used to address neuropathic pain and Baclofen is helpful in treating muscle tension and spasticity. Gabacream-4 contains Gabapentin 10%, Ketamine 10%, Ketoprofen 10%, and Lidocaine 5%. Gabacream-3 is a combination of the following active ingredients: Gabapentin 6%, Ketoprofen 10%, and Lidocaine 10%.

Other Medications

Dr. Melamed also recommends medications such as Diclocream-20 and Diclocream-10, which include Diclofenac Sodium 20% or 10% as their active ingredient.
