On Sat., May 10, C2 Education will host a college admissions workshop to mark the Grand Opening of their newest tutoring center in Allen, Texas. Grand Opening events will be held from noon until 2 p.m.
The workshop, “Getting into Your Dream College,” will begin at 1 p.m. at C2 Education’s newest Texas tutoring center, located in the Twin Creeks Village shopping center at the northwest corner of Central Expressway and McDermott Drive in Allen. The workshop will follow a ribbon cutting ceremony to herald the opening of the new tutoring center.
“Getting into Your Dream College” will be hosted by Mr. Raymond Park, the Regional Teacher Trainer for C2 Education. Park is one of C2 Education’s most experienced academic advisors and has helped hundreds of students achieve academic success on their road to college. He will share unique information about the college admission process, focusing heavily on the things that college admission officers look for in an ideal applicant.

The new C2 Education center will provide local students and families with access to a wide range of fully personalized academic programs, including subject tutoring, SAT preparation, ACT preparation, and college admission counseling. Families who attend the Grand Opening events for the new Allen tutoring center will be able to explore the program options as C2 Allen with a free academic assessment and consultation (a $120 value) and a savings voucher for up to $1,000 off services at the new location.
During the Grand Opening events, students and parents will have the opportunity to meet with members of C2 Education’s academic advising team, including Allen Program Director Sheryl Hudson, the primary academic advisor for the Allen tutoring center. Hudson holds a Master’s degree in education from Texas A&M, a background she hopes to leverage in order to help her students pursue and achieve their academic goals in order to earn admission to their dream colleges. Hudson leads a team of exceptional tutors, who are graduates of some of the nation’s top colleges and universities.
