Most notably, he was an executive for Washington Mutual’s Online Group and then later helped form mortgage start-up Home Account and global investing start-up InvestLab.
Chief Creative Officer Mark Opland has devoted his career to user-centered design and most recently served as the principle strategist for the Customer Experience team at Wells Fargo.
