Jewelry Television® announced today that Burt Bagley has been appointed vice president of content distribution for the cable shopping network that currently reaches 88 million households. Most recently, Bagley served as vice president of affiliate relations for JTV.
Bagley has been with JTV in his previous role for 11 years and has been recognized for helping to grow JTV’s national distribution from 28 million full-time equivalent households (FTEs) to more than 84 million FTEs.
“We’re excited to add Burt Bagley to our executive team,” said Tim Matthews, chief executive officer and president of JTV. “He brings a high level of experience in the cable industry and is very knowledgeable regarding our business and immediate objectives.”
Prior to JTV, Bagley served as Affiliate Account Director for ABC Cable Networks and Affiliate Account Manager for The Weather Channel.
