My story is proof that most things are possible with courage and faith.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 07, 2014
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
In her new book, “Foothold in the Mountain,” author Constance Caruso inspires and motivates readers with her personal life story that traces her challenging past to an inspiring and surprising present.
“My story is proof that most things are possible with courage and faith that indeed moves mountains and opens doors to success,” Caruso said.
Caruso, a first generation American, shares her cutting-edge story from an unplanned out-of-wedlock pregnancy during an era when women were severely judged to an unexpected opportunity to host her own television show in the mid-1970s.
Caruso led the parade for women like Oprah in the TV industry with her multi-topic talk show at a time when women rarely spearheaded the news. “Frankly Female” covered political, social, healthcare and women’s issues ten years prior to Oprah’s show.
Best described as creative nonfiction, “Foothold in the Mountain” sends readers on an emotional roller coaster as the author maintains unwavering faith as she learns how to turn lemons into lemonade.
